To request an urgent appointment call reception on 0121 568 4390 after 8am.
Urgent appointments are not for:
- repeat prescriptions
- fitness for work certificates
- or for signing forms.

General Information
You have the right to express a preference of GP when making the appointment.
Please remember that an appointment is for one person. If any other member of the family needs to be seen please book a separate appointment.
Practice nurses are qualified to deal with many conditions and you may be seen more quickly. We may offer you an appointment with a nurse if it is suitable for you.

Change or Cancel an Appointment
It is important that you inform the reception staff if you are unable to attend your appointment, this will allow that appointment to be offered to another patient.
If you do not notify the Practice that you can not attend, you will be sent a letter informing you that you have defaulted from your appointment.
If we have your mobile number you will receive an appointment reminder in text message. There will be a link in the text message to cancel the appointment if you do not need it.

Try the NHS App

You can use the NHS App to check your symptoms and get instant advice, order repeat prescriptions, view your GP medical record, access your Covid vaccination status and more.
If you already use online access you can continue to use it. You can use the NHS App as well.

Home Visits
If you need a home visit call reception before 10:00am.
- You may only request a home visit if you are housebound or are too ill to visit the practice.
- Your GP will only visit you at home if they think that your medical condition requires it and will also decide how urgently a visit is needed.
Chaperones
All patients can have a chaperone present for any consultation. Please request this at the time of booking or speak to your GP.
Interpreter
If you need an interpreter to attend with you when you see your Doctor please notify the receptionist and they will arrange this for you.
